All orders are shipped via ground carriers. Processing usually takes 24-48 hours upon verification and approval. Your merchandise is shipped out in the next 1-3 business days. You should receive your merchandise from 1 to 14 days after the purchase, depending on your location. If you are in NYC, NJ, CT, DC, MD, or parts of PA, you may receive your merchandise on the same or the next day. For our customers in NY, NJ, FL, VA, MD, NC, SC, DC, GA, PA, CT, MA, DE, and RI, we offer free Platinum Delivery Service for most of the products. Our Platinum Delivery Service includes; Free Hand Delivery + Free Inside Placement (to the room of your choice) + Free Full Professional Assembly. In all other states we offer our free superior Silver Delivery Service, which includes free Inside Delivery. "Inside Delivery" means that the furniture will be brought into your home, to the first dry area of your residence, such as your apartment, foyer, or garage, but the boxes will not be unpacked by the delivery team. In any case, we are the best at the market when it comes to performing the deliveries, with a zero percent damage rate. Please specify any special delivery instructions in the comments area provided at the checkout page. The shipping time quotes are only estimates, not guaranteed. When it comes to orders and deliveries, we are depending on the factory and delivery carriers to provide us with the estimated delivery dates. We do our best to deliver it in time.
 
Instructions:   On Delivery Acceptance
 
All items, prior to being shipped out from the warehouse, are thoroughly inspected by the quality control team. For this reason, furniture deliveries are guaranteed to be received in good condition, unless damaged or short. Our delivery damage rate is 0, which makes us the best in the market when it comes to delivering the furniture. We are using only top-rated companies specialized exclusively in delivering the furniture. Besides that, most of the states are covered by specialized hand-delivery companies with whom we have tight, interpersonal relationships. Those companies are doing a great job across the states; they will assemble the furniture, free of charge, in the room of your choice with our platinum delivery service, and you will always see your fully assembled furniture before the delivery team leaves your place. But let's assume that you are not using our platinum delivery service and the item you have purchased is not intended to be assembled, so the furniture in the boxes is just left in your place. What should you do in this case? Well prior to signing off on the delivery receipt, please inspect thoroughly for any damage, shortages, etc. In the unlikely event that damage or a shortage has occurred in transit, we advise the following:
 
This Section refers to the Silver Delivery Service:
The freight company’s receipt should not be signed before you have completed the inspection.  The driver must wait for you to complete the inspection.
 
If the driver refuses to wait for you to complete the inspection, make a notation on the bill, sign it with the following notation: " Truck Driver Refused to wait, possible damages".  
 
Retain all original packaging materials for at least 7 days after the receipt of merchandise.  Without the original packaging materials, you will not be allowed to return or exchange the purchased furniture.
 
If any damage is observed during the inspection, or the truck driver has refused to wait, notify us immediately at +1 877-342-6777
 
If any damage is observed during the inspection, you may refuse to accept the damaged item.  If the damage is to multiple items, you may refuse to accept the entire shipment.  If you choose to accept the shipment, make sure that all damage observed by you is itemized on the freight company’s receipt.  Without such itemization, we will not be able to assure a charge-free exchange.  If parts of the item were damaged, for example, the rail of the bed, then you can accept the bed and not the rails, and we will send you the new rails separately, free of charge.  In this case you have to note that on the Freight Company’s receipt.
 
If the delivery is incomplete (i.e. one of the ordered items is missing), you must note it on the receipt before signing.
 
In addition, if any damage is observed, photograph the damage or deficiency observed.  On the date of delivery, you must have a camera ready.
 
If you refuse delivery of an item that is in good condition and neither damaged nor defective, you will be responsible for freight charges for both ways. In the event that damage is not noted on the waybill and signed under the statment "received in good condition" on the delivery receipt, or the applicable packaging materials are not retained, that would make it impossible to file a claim with the delivering company.  It also may mean that your order may not be returned or exchanged free of charge. So please take the responsibility to follow the instructions.
