Yes, we can notify you when the price drops.  Every Product page has the Price Drop icon. Please, choose all available options for the product you are interested in, only then click on the icon. Enter your zip code and we will respond to your inquiry as soon as the price drops.

Every Product page has the Delivery Service icon. Please, choose all available options for the product you are interested in, only then click on the icon. Enter your zip code and system will provide you with the Delivery Service information to your area, instantly.

Whether you are using the mobile version or desktop, every Product page has the Contact Us icon. Please contact us via that specific link, from that specific product page of the interested item. In a case if it is a set, please, include all options for the product as well. We will receive your question with the product page link you had sent us your inquiry from. Please, allow us some time to respond to your questions.

We accept all major credit / debit cards such as, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover; also we do accept PayPal and Amazon Pay. Cash and Check payments are subjected to approval. Please contact us before the purchase if you're planning to pay by cash or a check.

Currently we work with PayPal Credit program. They offer our customers 6 months interest free financing. So, if the balance paid within 6 months of purchase you won't have to pay any interest. Approval process takes no more than 3 min.
At the time of check out choose the PayPal payment option. It will redirect you to the PayPal website. At the PayPal website they will give you 3 type of payment methods, choose PayPal Credit, and system will guide you through the process.

Yes, we provide inside placement to all of our customers. Furniture will never be left outside or delivered without an appointment. In most of the States we offer free assembly service. Please visit Delivery Section for delivery details.

 

Delivery Section

We ship everywhere within the 48 continental States of the United States.

Once we ship out your product, we will send you an email with tracking details. You will be able to track your shipment online. Soon after you will be contacted by delivery company for a delivery appointment. You will notified ahead of time, so that you can plan your schedule accordingly. They will contact you at least a day prior the delivery.

Small items are shipped via Fedex or UPS. Overweight items are shipped via Freight or Hand Delivery. For Eastern States we use Hand Delivery Service and perform free assembly to the room of your choice. Please see Delivery section for more details.

 

Delivery Section

You should receive your merchandise from 1 - 14 days after the purchase, depending on your location. If you need to know how soon you will get your item, please contact us at the time of purchase. Please, provide us the item number and your zip code and we will be able to tell you approximate date of delivery.

We never charge our customers instantly.  You will be charged only after the item purchased is ready to be shipped.  You will have two options; to be placed on a waiting list or cancel the order.  In a case you decide to be placed on the waiting list, you still wont be charged until the item becomes available and is ready to be shipped. When the item becomes available you will be contacted and asked if you are still interested and want to continue with the purchase.  In a case you decide to cancel the order while being on a waiting list, please contact us and inform us. 

Currently we do not ship to Canada.  As soon as we resume our shipment back, we will put notification at our main page.

Currently we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Ricco.  

The mattresses that are shown with the bedroom sets are for display purposes only and are not included unless otherwise stated. Mattresses are available for purchase separately. If a product is sold as set or package deal, we will always indicate what pieces are included.

Although many of our items are already assembled, some furniture may require assembly. Assembly is easy and any necessary tools and simple instructions are included. Items such as dressers, night stands, armories, sofas, loveseat, living room chairs, and sectionals do come assembled. We offer assembly service to our customers free of charge. Please see Delivery section for specific details.
