We purchased a full bedroom set from their website because they offered the best price and included the delivery and assembly. That alone would have earned them 4 stars. But where they earned the fifth star was with their service...The delivery itself was excellent. With furniture this big, there is always a concern with floor and/or wall damage. The delivery men were extremely careful and damaged nothing. The assembly was completed on under 2 hours; remember this was a 7 piece bedroom set. They cleaned up as they went along and left very minor trash on the floor... I'm fishing for negatives here, so please understand my nitpicking.I can't say enough about how well this purchase went. I generally don't go out of my way to write a review like this, but they earned it.

My experience was professional and beyond compare. First: customer service is how it should be at any company you work with. I had a request to have my furniture held until a certain date and they accommodated me with no hesitation. They called once they received my order to double check it was accurate, stayed on communication about where my furniture was, and the delivery was impeccable. The team assembled my dinning room chairs on the truck so that they didn’t dirty my home or make noise. They crew were quick, quiet, and polite. The owner called to ensure the delivery was smooth and that I was happy with my purchase. I’m beyond happy and can’t find one negative remark. Oh and my dinning set is exactly as the picture described and stunning in person!!

I’ll give 5 Stars to sale rep.. Sam for being quite the professional. Bedroom set was a bit expensive, over $3000, though cheaper than other stores had to offered. Never made a purchase of such a value, online. All options were explained throughout to my complete satisfaction. Within 4 days item was delivered, as promised, with free assembly included with free delivery package. Keep up that way. Thank you once more for exceptional service.

Great customer service. I ordered a desk but it has been discontinued they showed us another one and it was perfect for the same price. There were some issues with the billing and delivery address. They were awesome about handling this issue. If I could give them more stars I would and of course the desk is beautiful. I would definitely use them for future purchases.
